Lalita is committed to taking Connexus to the next level as a serious global recruitment company. Based in Thailand, she is positive, gregarious, and passionate about connecting the Connexus family around the world and supporting its back-end operations to ensure that the sales/client-facing team can shine.
Background
Lalita has a strong operations background, having been an early member of KPMG Thailand’s Tax Transfer Pricing team, where she spent 7 years as a specialist as Thailand introduced its transfer pricing law. She then spent 3 years in the startup environment, acting as Operations Manager for Lexicon and helping grow the firm from 10 to 30 employees during her tenure.
Fun Facts
Lalita hates birds and fish, and she brings her own laundry back to her mum’s house every weekend. She also spent a short period of time working in Tanzania.
