Ben co-founded Connexus Global with the ambition of making it a leading international Value Chain recruitment and search firm for Consumer, Industrial and Commodity markets.
Ben has spent his career building recruitment teams in the Supply Chain space. It was his vision to create a first-class working environment for recruiters, where they can feel safe and rewarded in their careers, knowing that a stable and aspirational work environment will translate to sustained client relationships and exceptional service to the clients and candidates of Connexus Global.

Throughout Ben’s 20-year recruitment career, he has built recruitment teams and businesses with a specialist focus on the Supply Chain space.
Throughout his career, he has helped some of the world’s largest companies hire the best Supply Chain talent throughout Asia-Pacific, across all pillars of the Supply Chain.
Ben is one of the longest-standing specialist Supply Chain recruiters in the Asia-Pacific market, with an impressive track record of companies he has worked with.
Currently, Ben is the Managing Director of Connexus Global’s Singapore office. He is responsible for the management and growth of the Singapore office, and delivers on senior recruitment mandates in the Supply Chain and Procurement space.
Fun Facts
During Ben’s earlier career in Sydney, when he was focused on warehousing recruitment, he was in a taxi and in discussion with the driver. Ben discovered the driver was an inventory specialist, and placed the taxi driver with one of his clients. He subsequently progressed his career and today is the CSCO of this business, a well-known international publishing company!
Outside of work, Ben is a family man and an avid Manchester United supporter!
