Technical Sales Engineer / Service Sales Engineer / Sales Manager – Hydropower
Location: Thailand
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers to stimulate and drive sales growth.
- Create and maintain account plans that align with the regional strategy.
- Successfully manage accounts to meet budget objectives for sales and orders, handle claims and complaints, manage accounts receivable, and oversee travel and entertainment expenses.
- Maintain regular communication with the sales manager and team members to ensure appropriate account coverage, effective service activities, and support for both planned and unplanned outages.
- Collaborate closely with customer service, manufacturing, applications, and administrative support teams to achieve common objectives.
- Keep sales forecasting up to date and identify growth opportunities for the future.
- Coordinate and assist in installations, and maintain the appropriate database for inventory management.
- Promote value-added products and technical services, and present any necessary data analysis or reports to ensure customer understanding and acceptance.
Key Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
- Proven experience in technical/industrial sales or a background in the hydropower/hydro industry.
- Proficient in technical aspects or having an engineering background.
- Familiarity with the hydropower industry in the Thailand.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the Thailand.
- A background in sales with a strong technical foundation.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals in the Thailand.
