Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire supply chain, overseeing production planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with local and global teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and implement flexible planning strategies to optimise production and inventory levels, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Lead procurement processes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
• Manage warehousing operations to ensure effective storage and handling of materials and products.
• Oversee production processes to align them with supply chain goals and customer demand.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity of operations and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline planning processes.
• Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive team performance and accountability.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including production, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain planning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
• APICS Certification is an advantage.
