About the Role
Your role is critical in expanding the import business for bulk and containers while fostering growth in domestic sales for grains and oilseeds in Thailand. They are on the lookout for a professional with extensive industry relationships and a profound understanding of both local and global markets in this field.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll cultivate invaluable relationships with key industry figures in Thailand. Your daily agenda involves exploring into local grain market intricacies, wisely managing position sheets, and ensuring compliance with internal protocols. You won’t be alone on this journey; your collaborative nature will drive strategic decisions and contribute to the development of group trading strategies, all while offering insights into market dynamics.
Furthermore, your expertise may be called upon to assist the global analysts in generating content for the analysis portal and support the growth of the sustainability program. Flexibility and adaptability in the face of evolving business needs are vital.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in grain trading/animal feed, enriched by a deep knowledge of domestic and global markets.
- Exceptional relationship-building ability.
- Possess an analytical mindset, capable of reading market trends.
- A collaborative team player, actively contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with compliance procedures and adept at risk management.
