The Regional Manager of Transformation will lead transformation projects that drive strategic objectives, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify improvements and ensure successful execution. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience in managing complex change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage transformation and operational excellence projects across multiple business units and markets.
- Analyze processes, gather data, and work with teams to develop solutions for business challenges, improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure that agreed actions are implemented on time and within budget, while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and manage project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including the Executive Team, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Drive change initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and commitment to transformative goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- LEAN/Six Sigma green belt (or higher) certification preferred; project management certifications are a plus.
- At least 6 years of experience, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment, with a strong track record in managing transformation projects.
- Proven experience in managing (transformation) projects within a corporate environment.
- Experienced in process improvement and process redesign and ideally experience in implementing digital solutions.
- Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Committed and result oriented, willing to go the extra mile if needed to meet important deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English
