About the Role

We’re working with a top-tier European multinational that’s a powerhouse in the B2B products space. They’re looking for a Regional Sales Director to take charge of their sales efforts across the region, grow revenue, and make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and execute sales strategies that drive growth and expand market share.
  • Your day-to-day will be all about strategy, leadership, and results.
  • Lead and inspire a talented sales team to hit (and exceed) their targets.
  • Build strong relationships with global clients and ensure they’re delighted with the products and service.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and uncover new opportunities for success.
  • Work closely with other teams to deliver products that meet client needs perfectly.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with:

  • A strong sales DNA – you’re results-driven, focused, and know how to close a deal.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B products (bonus points if you’ve worked in packaging or similar industries).
  • Regional sales experience and a knack for managing global clients.
  • A talent for selling both low- and high-margin products, understanding how to balance profitability and volume.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively in a competitive market.
