We are currently engaged on a highly confidential mandate for our client in their search for a Regional Key Account Manager, APAC. This is a senior position, reporting into the Regional Director APAC.
Our client is a market leader in the professional espresso machines (traditional and fully automatic), with headquarters based in Italy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain key account relationships in the region (APAC)
- Lead and drive new key accounts in the region,
- Lead and support national key accounts in the markets, including working with area managers and distributors when necessary
- Be a hunter and farmer; growing the customer pipeline, hunting for new accounts while growing and maintaining existing accounts
- Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts/offers when required, including detailed records and reports
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the F&B equipment industry with a regional capacity preferred; with experience in working in the key account end customer environment
- Excellent experience in managing, winning, developing and maintaining global and regional key accounts
- Existing network with key accounts regional HQs
- A clear understanding of the key account complex sales process, and buying centre concept
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 10+ years of experience in F&B equipment or QSR industries
