Role Overview:
- This pivotal role is your opportunity to drive R&D section for the business
- Provide strategic improvement for new product and market opportunities, managing technical resources
- Lead the team of research and development department with prioritizing safety as a core value
- Manage cross functional collaboration in Thailand and across the region
- Provide technical and sustainability initiatives
- Oversee expenditures and proper initiation and execution of capital projects
What we need from you:
- Extensive experience in leading research and development team for packaging products from multinational manufacturing businesses
- Strong leadership skills and stakeholders’ management skills
- Knowledgeable in R&D, new product development in packaging sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, ability to work with an international team with dynamic culture and environment
