We are looking for a Production Control Manager to oversee plant operations, ensure safety compliance, optimize production, and train control room operators to achieve performance targets.
What you’ll enjoy:
- Ensure adherence to OH&S regulations across all production control processes.
- Apply risk management measures and uphold compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Coach and mentor production control room to optimize plant operations and achieve production objectives.
- Track production metrics, assess operational data, and implement ongoing enhancements.
- Detect process inefficiencies and propose effective technical solutions for improvement.
- Assist the team in meeting monthly production targets and maximizing output efficiency.
What we need:
- Solid experience in chemical/building material manufacturing operations and process control.
- Proficiency in DCS/SCADA systems and in-depth knowledge of chemical/building materials production processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Good command of English communication skills
- Able to work in Saraburi, Thailand (100% onsite)
