Position: Product Manager (Aesthetics business)
Report to –> Marketing Manager
Location –> Bangkok
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. We are seeking a caliber who is career-driven and has a depth of experience in driving successful product launches.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop winning business cases including product positioning.
- Connect with customers and the sales team to understand specific needs, translating this into product requirements and strategy, while clearly articulating those needs within the company.
- Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Manage all aspects of the pre-and post-launch product life cycle, including monitoring and reporting on the in-market activity, responding with tactical development and marketing activities to ensure continued profitability and growth.
- Coordinate stakeholder and market needs to define, plan and implement product launch and marketing strategies to end users and retail partners.
- Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the superior manager/director from time to time
Key requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a scientific background and MBA or Master’s degree in marketing would be an advantage.
- 5+ years’ direct experience in brand management of Aesthetics products, OR in any one of the following industries: Consumer-health, Beauty care, Skincare Products, Cosmetics, and FMCGs.
- Experience with developing long-term product roadmaps and delivering growth through the development of a product range, with direct product management.
- A track record of accomplishment in working effectively at all levels within a matrix corporate structure.
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, creative, and initiative to work within and develop business processes through innovation.
- Ability to connect and build partnerships with key stakeholders in different environments and markets.
- Excellent communication skills; oral, written, electronic and presentation.
- A depth of experience in using communication skills to participate in and influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Thai and English
