A growing agricultural export business is seeking an experienced and driven Plant Manager to oversee its operations in Nonthaburi.
The role focuses on managing the full production cycle—developing, packing, and preparing agri products for international markets.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading a workforce of approximately 200 people, ensuring efficient operations across warehousing, packing, and compliance, while maintaining high standards in quality and productivity. The role works closely with the GM, contributing to both day-to-day performance and long-term operational strategy.
Ideal candidates will be Thai nationals with a strong background in agri (non-food processing) industries, and proven experience in plant operations, packing production, and leading audits.
