Manufacturing Transformation Leader – Digital

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Manufacturing Transformation Leader – Digital to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites in the APAC region. This role is critical in bridging the gap between senior factory stakeholders and IT teams to execute innovative, digital enablement strategies. The individual will focus on optimizing processes, improving productivity, and delivering cost and energy efficiency across the sites.
 

Required Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing Factory process improvement, Industrial operational excellence, or Manufacturing transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Strong experience in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and frontline staff alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results.
  • Experience working with digital technologies (e.g., Smart solutions, IoT, automation) as tools to drive transformation.
  • Project experience as a change leader or transformation manager in driving such as Energy Optimization through IoT, Real-Time Production Monitoring, AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance or Digital Twin for Process Simulation.

 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale process improvement and transformation projects across manufacturing sites in APAC.
  • Drive cost optimization, energy efficiency, and productivity improvements by applying data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management initiatives.
  • Act as the liaison between factory stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring digital solutions align with operational requirements.
  • Influence key factory stakeholders to adopt and integrate new digital technologies and processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing practices to ensure high-quality outputs, reduced waste, and optimized workflows.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation in manufacturing processes, aligning with corporate vision and goals.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to track and communicate project outcomes.
