What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving transformation: You’ll lead the shift from a locally run business to one that’s fully aligned with global systems, culture, and expectations.
- Building strong teams: Your focus will be on developing local leadership, creating a culture of ownership, agility, and high performance.
- Growing the business: You’ll find ways to increase volume, improve efficiency, and drive results across every part of the operation.
- Enhance Governance & Control: Strengthen internal controls, improve integration with global systems, and ensure transparency and accountability in every aspect of the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll be close to the work, close to the people, and deeply involved in shaping how the business operates today and where it’s headed next.
What We’re Looking For:
- A senior leader with a background in industrial services, engineering, or manufacturing
- Strong experience running a full P&L, leading operations, and executing strategy
- A global mindset with the ability to work across cultures — and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Fluent in English and Thai language skills are a must
- Ready to relocate to Rayong and bring energy, insight, and leadership to a fast-growing business
