Our client is seeking a Lean Manager to lead and expand a global lean engineering team within our operations department, working closely with the suppliers in Thailand.
 
Your role is to develop and implement a long-term Lean strategy for Global Operations while leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a Lean culture across all levels. Standardize processes, tools, and training to enhance operational excellence. Drive change management, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and oversee a global team to ensure project success and measurable results.
 
Office location will be in Chachoengsao, offers flexible working hours.
