Our client is an exciting, leading multi-brand Cosmetics International Business who are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team. The objective of this position is to improve the brands’ presence in the offline retail channels and generate revenue growth.
This is the first hire for the Singapore office, hence working arrangements are remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, leading negotiations on key launches, space, location and inventory.
- Drive performance of key accounts to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are realized.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customers’ needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for business growth existing accounts and developing new key accounts.
- Manage sales forecast and pipeline, generating comprehensive reports to track performance against objectives and identify areas of growth and improvement.
The Ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in key account management and/or business development with key retailers in Singapore, especially Watsons and Guardian
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Disciplined, and self-motivated to achieve key results
