Qualification
- BSc/B.Eng in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in IT application management, IT Business Partnering, or Digital Transformation.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role as an IT Business Partner or equivalent.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans or managing application and project portfolios/roadmaps.
- Experience with Industry 4.0 Transformation, MES/MOM, IoT, WMS, and TMS (MNC experience is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications and digital technologies such as Big Data, BI, AI, RPA, ML, AR, and VR.
- Strong experience in business process improvement and cross-functional business analysis.
- Excellent project and change management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including a deep understanding of business economics and financial resources.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a “Can Do” attitude.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary business contact for, promoting services and capabilities to support technology solutions that align with business needs.
- Focus on strategic initiatives, planning, and understanding market challenges, customer priorities, and competitive issues.
- Drive business initiatives through technology, serving as a key player in enabling business units to achieve their objectives.
- Develop and implement solution roadmaps to ensure successful deployment within the organization and with external customers.
- Design and enforce procedures and policies in collaboration with the EVP-IT across all Group companies.
- Oversee and manage the applications and digital assets, focusing primarily on Industry 4.0 Manufacturing solutions (e.g., CMMS, MES, MOM, WMS, TMS).
- Develop SLAs in collaboration with key business stakeholders and monitor application operation KPIs.
- Manage vendor and contract relationships, ensuring regular vendor assessments.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and end-user support teams to ensure compatibility with company standards.
- Support the business in implementing appropriate access management for applications and digital assets.
- Manage and control compliance and risk management efforts, working with relevant teams to mitigate risks.
- Review application performance and user satisfaction regularly.
- Lead incident and problem management for applications.
- Ensure data handling, transfer, and processing complies with legal and company guidelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders regarding applications and digital assets.
- Manage costs and budgets related to applications and digital assets.
- Lead projects and manage changes related to applications and digital assets.
- Develop and execute a people development plan according to job roles and career paths.
- Plan and integrate new technologies to improve the company’s architecture based on technology trends.
