Your Role
- Inventory Management: Oversee and optimise inventory levels to ensure seamless supply and demand balance across selected Asian markets.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyse market trends and data to accurately forecast demand, supporting effective decision-making.
- Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfilment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global partners and internal teams to align supply chain strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance planning processes, driving efficiency and supporting continuous improvement within the supply chain.
- Data Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to refine planning strategies and support key business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate and lead forums to align demand and supply, ensuring that the business remains agile and responsive to market changes.
Technical Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in business analysis and planning, ideally within a manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in managing order fulfilment, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management and planning.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office programs to manage and analyse data effectively, especially MS Excel (pivot tables).
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAP is a plus.

Education
- A diploma in business or commerce or equivalent experience is required.
- Additional qualification in supply chain management is a bonus.
