Position: Head of Supply Chain – India

Role Overview:
- You will be leading supply chain strategy development and end to end supply chain management
- Collaboration with global and regional teams to achieve the company’s financial and operational goals
- Optimize Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and manage inbound logistics to ensure efficient ordering and importation processes
- Lead the warehousing and local logistics processes with the help of third-party logistics services provider
- Lead supply chain projects, including CAPEX initiatives, from planning to implementation.
- Oversee cost management and compliance
What we need from you:
- Over 10 years of experience in leading supply chain management from multinational chemical businesses
- Minimum 5 years in leadership roles, managing a large team of supply chain and distribution center
- Strong strategic agility, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Skilled in ERP, SAP system
- Proficient in English communication skills
