Are you a top performing Sales or Business Development Manager (Chemical Industry) who is now looking to step up or develop into a Country Head of Sales role in Thailand?

You will have 10+ years experience in sales management or business development (Chemicals). It is very preferable that you currently work for either a trading or principle company. Established in Thailand for over 20 years, your potential new employer is a well-known employer of choice, holding a very positive reputation with both customers and existing employees
You will be given the opportunity to strengthen your people management team and commercial skills. Managing a team of up to 6 sales team members you will lead and inspire your team to significantly grow the business in 2023. Yes, you will have to be well-rounded with excellent commercial strategy, market knowledge, pricing strategy, bringing new business opportunities to the company and someone that really enjoys coaching your team and developing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.
You would be reporting to the Head of Business Unit (Chemicals). With more than one thousand million bath revenue in Chemical Business Unit, this company is both stable, profitable and has laid out a positive growth strategy for the short and medium term. You may be an Existing Sales Manager or Business development manager working for a large company who is looking for a step up or even a senior manager in a smaller business looking for a different sort of challenge

What will you bring to the table?
You will bring at least 10-15 years of key account management or business development experience. You will possess market or product knowledge in any chemical application. Our client would be particularly keen on speaking to candidates with experience in the following areas: Food, Personal Care, Home Care, Building construction, Agriculture, Ingredients and Plastics.
And what’s in it for you?
A base salary ranging from 150,000 to 220,000THB, with performance based bonus and other senior level benefits. You potential new employer is based in Bangkok and close to the MRT line.
