Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage global production, capacity, and materials planning across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives aligned with production schedules, business objectives, and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to ensure resource availability and production targets are met.
• Utilise data analytics and forecasting tools to proactively identify and address potential production challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of planners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards in all planning activities.
• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to production efficiency, inventory levels, and delivery accuracy.
• Provide strategic input and regular reports to the Global Head of Operations on planning activities and outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 10 years of experience in global production and capacity planning within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams in high-paced setting.
• Expertise in SAP (ERP) systems and advanced planning tools, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is highly desirable.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies would be advantageous.
