Finance Solutions Business Partner (1-Year Contract, Logistics Industry)
Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is undergoing a Finance Transformation and is implementing its first ERP system (Oracle NetSuite). As part of this transformation, they are seeking a Finance Solutions Business Partner to drive the successful implementation and integration of the ERP system across the organization.
This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of conversion, depending on the project timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of Oracle NetSuite across the group, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, and external consultants to ensure that the ERP system is effectively customized and configured to meet business needs.
- Ensure continuity of financial processes and reporting during the ERP transition.
- Act as a bridge between finance and technical teams, translating financial requirements into system functionalities.
- Oversee master data management (MDM) and ensure data integrity across the new ERP system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to optimize financial workflows.
- Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of the new system by stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle NetSuite or other major ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting from a system perspective.
- Experience working on IT projects, collaborating with technical teams, business analysts, or product managers.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
- Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and financial reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across different levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
