eCommerce Key Account Manager, Cosmetics (BH-2644)

Our client is an exciting, leading multi-brand Cosmetics International Business who are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team. The objective of this position is to improve the brands’ presence in the ecommerce channels and generate revenue growth. 

This is the first hire for the Hong Kong office, hence working arrangements are remote to hybrid. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, leading negotiations on key launches,
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customers’ needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth existing accounts and developing new key accounts.
  • Manage sales forecast and pipeline, generating comprehensive reports to track performance against objectives and identify areas of growth and improvement.

The Ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in key account management and/or business development with online marketplaces and ecommerce channels, especially HKTV Mall
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Disciplined, and self-motivated to achieve key results
