In this versatile role, you will lead the charge in delivering high-impact projects across Technology, Strategy, Operations, IT Auditing, and Compliance, ensuring that our organization continues to innovate and excel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple functions such as Tech, Strategy, Operations, IT Auditing, and Compliance.
- Experience in establishing and leading a PMO is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the PMO’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the PMO team and project managers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various functions, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure cohesive project execution across different departments.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support project delivery.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team of project managers through recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary skills, tools, and support to execute their roles effectively.
- Ensure that projects adhere to IT auditing and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement processes to monitor and report on compliance-related activities.
- Collaborate with compliance officers and auditors to address any compliance issues.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure its accuracy and accessibility.
- Develop and present reports and dashboards to track project performance and outcomes.
