COUNTRY PROCUREMENT MANAGER – AUSTRALIA

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead procurement operations across multiple processing sites, driving cost efficiencies and optimising procurement strategies. In this role, you will:

• Oversee procurement activities for multiple processing plants in Queensland, NSW and SA, managing a team of site buyers.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for CAPEX and indirect services, ensuring cost efficiencies.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Collaborate with global teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, a plus would be having expeience within indirect services including Energy and Utilities, CAPEX and Logistics.
• Proven leadership experience, with a focus on driving cost improvements and procurement excellence.
• Strong skills in spend analysis and supplier negotiation, with a global mindset.
• Experience with procurement systems, ideally SAP S4/HANA.
