In this position, the key deliverable includes:
- Full omni-channel operations of the business in Vietnam,
- Full P&L responsibilities and management of cross-functional teams,
- Developing the growth strategy of the team and business for the country
If you are:
- A driven professional with a passion to build a team to call your own,
- 10+ years of experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics & Beauty industry,
- Significant experience in Vietnam, with strong understanding of local consumer behaviours and the channels,
