Our Client is a leading Electronics business with an incredible global footprint. They are currently seeking an experienced and talented Consumer Sales Manager to look after total Retail business for the Thailand Market. 

This is a P&L management, people management position. The role is based in Bangkok. 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and implement a sound sales strategy and targets for your team 
• Strengthen relationships with Retail partners, other external and internal stakeholders to drive positive sales growth
• Taking control of sales planning and forecasting through detailed analysis of market trends and past sales data
• Develop best-in-class sales capabilities for the team, providing them with the necessary training and guidance to succeed 
• Work closely with senior management team to ensure healthy growth of the business 

Qualifications: 

• 12+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Strategy 
• Industry expertise and knowledge of Consumer Electronics, or Appliances would be highly advantageous
• At least 7+ years of people management experience
