What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA is highly desirable).

• Expertise in end-to-end marketing, from strategy development to execution, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, change management, product innovation, and business development.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large, diverse, and geographically dispersed team.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage marketing resources effectively, while delivering innovative and high-impact campaigns.
