Plant Director (Textile)
 
Location: Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand
 
Our client is a leading textile manufacturer specializing in high-quality fabrics.
 
Seeking an experienced Plant Director to oversee fabric mill operations with 250+ associates.
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost targets are met.
 
This role requires a strong focus on process improvements, cost optimization, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.
 
The Plant Director will also drive OEM business development, align production with product development, and foster a high-performance team culture through leadership, training, and mentorship.
 
The successful candidate will have a Fluent Thai Speaking to communicate with operations team, bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in textile manufacturing and at least 5 years in a factory management role.
 
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in production management software—experience with SAP is a plus.
