You will be responsible for strategic planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
 
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership experience in a multinational Food or Consumer Goods manufacturing company, with a proven track record of driving performance, managing large teams, and implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
 
Fluency in Chinese Mandarin and English is required, along with the ability to relocate to Taiwan.
