  • Leadership: Strong capability in managing global teams, driving change, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of robotics, AI, IoT, MES, and digital twin technologies within a manufacturing context.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
