Role Overview:
- To lead a technical team in product development and contract manufacturing’s validation processes
- To collaborate closely with the global engineering/R&D team
- Manage multi-season new product development strategies.
- Oversee the design and improvement of engineering operations.
- Coach and support staff, setting team goals and development plans.
What we need from you:
- Hold Professional Engineer License (to be discussed)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Extensive experience within project engineering management, validation engineering and product development from multinational manufacturing businesses
- Experienced working with external suppliers, 3rd party manufacturing, 3rd party testing resources is advantage
- Proven ability to manage a team of over 10 members
- Strong leadership, communications, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English is highly preferred for communication overseas
