Supply Chain Manager

Company: Manufacturing Business
Location: Samutsongkram, Thailand
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, plus 2 Saturdays per month
Travel Requirement: 60% of the time to visit distribution centers nationwide

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish policies and manage logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation to meet business goals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to optimize inventory management and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Implement and ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality and Sales teams.
- Lead a team of Area Managers, Distribution Center Heads, Logistics, and Warehouse Supervisors.
We want to hear from you if?
- You have at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management (logistics and distribution center management)
- At least 3 years of team management experience.
- Experience from manufacturing business (agriculture, feed, food ingredients would be advantage)
- Able to use SAP system
- Good command of English communication skills
- Able to travel outside of Samutsongkram
