Role Overview:
- To play a critical role within our Quality, Governance, and Compliance team
- Ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.
- To support the Supplier & Co-Manufacturing Quality Lead across the APAC region
- Focusing on upstream value chain processes from raw material supply to co-manufacturing.
- To be a key player in ensuring product safety and quality in this high-impact, dynamic position.
- Lead root cause analyses (RCAs) and corrective actions (CAPAs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical recommendations for raw materials, packaging, and processes
- Implement and maintain a Supplier Quality Assurance system.
- Conduct audits and technical evaluations to ensure compliance with internal standards
What we need from you:
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Management within the Food & Beverage or consumer goods industry
- Extensive experience in food safety and multi market dynamics
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a familiarity of collaboration across the region
- Candidates with Singaporean nationality or Permanent Resident status are highly encouraged to apply
