Role Overview:

- Lead and drive Utility and Facility Management, CAPEX Project, Sustainability and Service Excellence for the whole manufacturing
What we need from you:
- Extensive and hands on experience in managing large-scale project management related to building facilities, utilities, or energy conservation for manufacturing business
- Strong leadership skills and people management skills
- Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance & CMMS programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, ability to work with an international team with dynamic culture and environment
