Charlie has specialized in Tech, Strategy, and Transformation recruitment since 2018 with a background supporting clients across the UK, Europe, and more recently Asia. He is determined to establish the Tech & Transformation function at Connexus as a core and profitable business with ambitions to become a partner of choice to Industrial and Consumer clients globally. Charlie aims to build a consistent and reliable flow of business that is scalable, supporting his colleagues along the way.
Charlie wants to grow a high-level network of candidates and clients within his specialist field to build a reputable personal brand where the best candidates have firsthand access to the best jobs in the market.
Background
Started his career in several analyst type positions in the UK and Australia across Banking and Insurance. In between he has also worked in education and agriculture.
Recruitment began in 2018, with a boutique London-based recruitment company. At the time focused on Software within the contract market. Charlie went on to specialise in SAP working with clients globally. Moving back to Thailand in 2021, where he headed up the Infrastructure, IT Management, Operations, ERP, and Transformation team with a large recruitment and outsourcing company. Charlie successfully grew a talented team, establishing this as the most consistent team in a company of over 500 full-time fee earners. Currently, Charlie is the head of the Technology division, managing key verticals:
