Business Development Lead – Food Ingredients
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Ingredients Trader to achieve sales targets for a wide range of food and ingredient products. The ideal candidate should possess a well-established network of F&B clients and the ability to generate sales revenue from day one.
This role involves analyzing the supply and demand of food ingredients for trading opportunities in Thailand, presenting commercial strategies to the regional team, and managing sales targets for various products. You will build client relationships, develop domestic supply chains, collaborate with global teams, coordinate contract settlements, and handle negotiations, contracts, quality issues, and customs relations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Food Ingredients Trader or Sales Manager in the food and ingredients industry.
- A strong network of F&B clients.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of international and domestic trading practices.
- Understanding of quality control and supply chain management.
