It is preferable that you have experience from sales in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channles and essential that you have experience in FMCG industry

If you possess 7-10 years sales experience and work closely with Trade Marketing and Marketing Team to ensure effective execution of local promotion activity in Consumer Business would be adventage. You will be given the opporunity to lead and manage distributor and its assigned sales and operation team to drive business growth via perfect stor execution and distribution expansion.

You will be responsible in achieving market share, managing sales budget, assigning and managing trade promotion funds. You will be responsile to establish and execute business plans and strategies in line with company strategy.

You would be reporting to SEA Managing Director. This company is international, it’s a market leader and if you like earning bonus then that’s great: This company is also very profitable and puts people strategies ahead of sales & profit
