As an Accounting Assistant, your responsibilities will include handling the Travel Authorization (TA) advanced request process and recording expenses. You will also verify invoices and ensure proper documentation before payment. Additionally, you will prepare payment vouchers for suppliers, intercompany transactions, and employee reimbursements. Managing tax reporting and filings, including Withholding Tax and VAT Reports, will be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will maintain vendor and customer profiles and manage credit management processes.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
