My client is a leading Home Appliances MNC, looking to add a talented and motivated Shopper & Customer Marketing professional to their team.
Responsibilities:
• Foster effective communication and maximize business opportunities by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to streamline and improve customer management processes.
• Analyze internal and external sales data (Sell-in, Sell Through, and Market Retail Data) comprehensively to identify gaps in distribution, potential risks, and opportunities within channels and retailers.
• Develop, strategize, and implement channel strategies and trade promotions for key accounts and trade channels to achieve sales objectives, aligning strategies with the unique positioning and potential of each account or channel.
• Monitor competitive activities and generate monthly reports on the frequency and types of promotions in different trade sectors, ensuring thorough documentation for analysis, reporting, and future reference.
• Take responsibility for creating visually appealing retail displays, both new and updated, with the aim of delivering an exceptional in-store experience and driving sales.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store campaigns, providing recommendations for future promotions based on insights gained from the results.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation of deadlines, lead times for promotions, price changes, new products, and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
• Support new product launches by tracking new distribution, creating planograms, enhancing in-store visibility, and ensuring timely rollout across trade channels.
• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management team.
